RTS New York City - "Introduction to Pastoral and Theological Studies", Jan. 25-29 with Dr. Ligon Duncan and Dr. Tim Keller. Classes are to be held from 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Course available to NYC students only.
Granville O. Dutton of Dallas, TX went home to be with the Lord on January 3, 2016. Granville lived 91 years and led a remarkable life. With degrees in Military Science, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering and Law he was a learned man. Granville loved the Lord and was one of our founding board members, serving on the Board of Trustees for 49 years. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Carol Dutton, along with their sons and daughters in law, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. RTS Jackson is pleased to announce a Campus Preview Day on February 15, 2016 (President's Day). The day will provide prospective students an opportunity to sit in on classes, hear more about the admissions process, meet with Chancellor and CEO Dr. Ligon Duncan and tour the campus.
John, an RTSJ alumnus, has accepted the position of choir director at First Presbyterian Church in Alabaster, AL. He also holds a Masters degree in Music Conducting. John works in finance and he and his wife, Rachel have six children.
Dr. Orlando Rivera, RTS Orlando alumnus, will teach a 2-credit intensive course on "A Theology of Work" on Saturday, Jan. 23 from 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. This course is a hands on interactive experience that will help participants apply biblical, theological, and cultural understanding to their workplace. RTSC graduate Chris Brock, his wife Donnette and their 2 children are joining a church planting team in Toulouse, France. They are a part of Mission to the World, the PCA mission organization. Chris, Donnette, and their children are currently living in Albertville, France studying the French language and culture. You can learn more about their work and how you can be involved
