TRUSTEE OF RTS GOES HOME TO BE WITH THE LORD Granville O. Dutton 1924-2016 | Granville O. Dutton of Dallas, TX went home to be with the Lord on January 3, 2016. Granville lived 91 years and led a remarkable life. With degrees in Military Science, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering and Law he was a learned man. Granville loved the Lord and was one of our founding board members, serving on the Board of Trustees for 49 years. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Carol Dutton, along with their sons and daughters in law, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. | John Allen Bankson (M.Div. '92) | John, an RTSJ alumnus, has accepted the position of choir director at First Presbyterian Church in Alabaster, AL. He also holds a Masters degree in Music Conducting. John works in finance and he and his wife, Rachel have six children. | | Orlando Rivera (M.Div. '92) | Dr. Orlando Rivera, RTS Orlando alumnus, will teach a 2-credit intensive course on "A Theology of Work" on Saturday, Jan. 23 from 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. This course is a hands on interactive experience that will help participants apply biblical, theological, and cultural understanding to their workplace.
